Avanceon to complete the Multi-Million Dollar Sophisticated SCADA Upgrade project for one of the Largest Oil & Gas Midstream Players in Pakistan.
Lahore, Pakistan – Avanceon Pakistan has been contracted to work on the largest oil & gas midstream SCADA upgrade project. The critical mega infrastructure project will be responsible for the transportation of oil products to key central regions in Pakistan.
The mega multi-million-dollar SCADA upgrade project is currently underway. On this project, Avanceon will be partnering with one of the leading providers of industrial software in the world.
The scope of work for Avanceon on this project includes;
- Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Start Up for the Pipeline Supervisory Control System (PCS)
- Provision of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to allow operation of Pipeline systems
- Upgrade of industry tested and reliable SCADA and associated control systems
- Complete replacement of the SCADA, Data Communication Systems, Remote Terminal Units, Third Party interfacing and associated Control Systems
Avanceon will provide state of the art technology and solution to improve monitoring, security and control functionality for pipeline operations to cater multiple product transportation.
The yearlong upgradation project is 50% complete and expected to be commissioned within the decided timeline. The entire system replacement will be deployed at multiple sites
