Avanceon has secured its first major project for the provision of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) for Gold Crest Mall in Lahore, Pakistan.
As one of the city’s tallest tower, Gold Crest Mall aims at becoming an iconic landmark for the thriving urban area of Lahore. Gold Crest Mall is expected to be a premier structure that will embody the vibrant soul of Lahore. Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore and GIGA Group are collaborating on building this unique and high rise commercial cum residential project.
Avanceon has been serving the Pakistani industry for more than 30 years; delivering high end control and automation projects with some of the major local and multinational clients. Avanceon’s long term service history, strong project references and a world class BMS solution (powered by Siemens Building Technologies) played a major role in acquiring this project.
Avanceon is primarily responsible for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Integrated Building Management System.
Avanceon’s detailed scope involved:
- Integrated automation for power meters (energy management system)
- Integrated automation for diesel generators
- Integrated automation for lighting relays (lighting control system)
- Integrated automation for safety and security systems (fire alarm system, video surveillance, access control system etc.)
- Integrated automation for public address system
- Installation, commissioning and testing of complete building management system at site
Avanceon’s BMS division will handle the execution of this project.
