Lahore, Pakistan – Avanceon adds another project to its impressive list of successes in Pakistan with the successful completion of a control and automation up-gradation project at one of the largest Oil & Gas producing fields in Pakistan.
Avanceon upgraded the existing control system with state-of-the-art ‘True Redundant’ PLC-based control system. The system adopts the most current proven technology standards allowing a robust, secure and cost-effective control & automation solution, which meets all the functional requirements. In addition to the technical superiority, the highly functional control system provides an easy to use modular and flexible solution across a wide range of applications.

The project scope included:
- Design, development, procurement, installation, configuration and commissioning of PLC based control system
- Supply of the system hardware, software and its accessories for communications backbone
- Set up Operator Workstation and Engineering Workstation
Avanceon completed the project within the agreed timeline. HAZOP study was carried out before the start of the project with failsafe plans to address any safety, quality and environmental issues
The client’s project representative, Senior Engineer E&I, gave a glowing feedback by commending Avanceon’s team work, cooperation and promoting a friendly and interactive working environment. Avanceon received a 97% approval rating from the customer for this project
