South Asia Technology Leader continues to build upon Tomorrow’s Empowerment, Today initiative

Lahore, Pakistan, September 9th 2016 – Avanceon [PSX: AVN]  today opens the doors on its latest innovation: a daycare facility with onsite nanny. The pioneering staff facility enables Avanceon employees to continue their careers at the engineering firm whilst in close proximity to their offspring. The in-house daycare facility based at the company premises in Lahore will provide quality childcare to the infants of Avanceon employees up to the age of 4, allowing them to deliver their professional obligations effectively. A dedicated professional daycare guardian has been hired to supervise the facility and oversee the children’s own maids.

“We strive to provide an optimum working environment for everyone. Daycare facilities are a very practical staff benefit but not commonplace in most companies. We listened to the idea when first suggested and have now delivered a fantastic option for young parents who want to continue their careers whilst raising a family. We are empowering our employees to make the best choices for their own family whilst maintaining overall productivity,” said Bakhtiar H Wain, Founder and CEO, Avanceon.

The newly-opened facility currently has one child enrolled, the company expecting more parents to take advantage over the coming months. In discussion since late 2015, when an employee’s daughter was born, the idea has now become reality. Driven by the Human Resources and Administration departments, the nursery is an example of the customer-centricity and humanity that runs throughout Avanceon. Earlier in 2016, Avanceon was awarded a national prize for an educational scholarship it offers to its employees’ children, highlighting the importance the company places on caring for the Avanceon Family.
