It is our corporate goal to keep (Safety and Environmental) incidents at ZERO by deploying best available safety practices, engineering and administrative controls and providing state of the art Personal Protective Equipment. We are also ambitious to keep our incident reporting process transparent for all of our stakeholders.
Safety and Health of our people is our utmost priority and always comes first in all our processes. We believe that human resource is our greatest asset. It is ensure that we have best available safety protocols based on international standards and people are trained and well equipped. We have healthy culture of reporting and correcting any Unsafe Act/ Unsafe Conditions and employees fully participate in it. This is also encouraged by implementation of ‘‘Safety Reward’’ Program. We also have accountability mechanism for addressing the issues of repetitive non-compliances. It makes our activities inherently safe and ensures work force health and safety.
Safety of our products and Processes starts during design and planning phase of our product life cycle. We utilize world class procedures and best Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices that inspect our product at each step. We strictly adhere to prescribed international standard and clients’ protocols for product design and manufacturing. We are member of CSIA (Control System Integration Association) and follow guidelines of CSIA and management system of ISO 9001-2015 and OHSAS 18001-2007 for our whole product life cycle. HAZOP (Hazard Operability) studies are also performed where intense safety is required and client is concerned of it. It makes our products intrinsically safe for the users.
Contractors are our important stakeholders. They are shortlisted through intense screening process by HSE and Purchase Team in order to ensure that they are competent in both Quality and HSE aspects. We have a detailed Contractor Management Program that describes each requirements from screening to auditing and evaluation of companies for future business. It is ensure that contractors are given detailed orientation of Avanceon’s HSE Requirements.
