Joint venture with Arkan Integrated Development to satisfy customer demand Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Avanceon FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanceon Limited, is entering into a Joint Venture Agreement with Arkan Integrated Development LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the country of Qatar. The resulting subsidiary company is called Avanceon LLC, Qatar, and is subject to approval of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in Qatar as per the corporate rules and regulations of the Gulf State.

Creating a permanent operational presence in Qatar has increasingly become a business requirement in the fossil fuel-rich country, in order to continue to maintain a high level of service on existing projects but also many large tenders up for bid mandate this requirement. This latest joint venture increases Avanceon’s Middle East presence to four permanent offices alongside Dubai, Dammam and Jeddah, with key partnership agreements in place in Abu Dhabi with Ali & Sons and ATCO.

Although borne out of necessity for future potential mega-project bidding purposes, we are now able to offer a full on-ground service to our existing work on projects across oil and gas, infrastructure and transport amongst many others.
