Brief Description

The main challenge and objective of this project was to deliver a Inventory Management and Product Delivery Solution based on field instruments, control system hardware and Truck Loading software which enabled an accurate custody transfer from plant to loading trucks, managing transactions, keeping a historical record of the transaction and generating on demand reports.
The scope of work was to deliver a fully functional PlantPax DCS for controlling and monitoring field instruments and management software for transaction management

The deliverables of the project included the detailed design, development, supply, delivery and commissioning of the TLAS System for the OGDCL KPD site for custody transfer and operations management. It was agreed that transfer would apply to LPG and condensate, which would be using three bays, each with a dedicated batch controller and loading arm and real time monitoring of gantry operations. The system was based on PlantPax DCS included HMIs, alarm and event servers and historian module.
