Lahore, Pakistan – Avanceon has been contracted to provide state of the art Building Management Solution (BMS) for Imperium Hospitality’s latest project, the Imperium Tower. Avanceon and Imperium Hospitality had a project kickoff meeting on February 07, 2024, at Avanceon offices in Lahore to discuss the way forward.
The kick-off meeting gathered all key stakeholders, to lay the foundation for collaboration, innovation, and success. The participants engaged in strategic discussions, outlining milestones, and setting targets to ensure the project’s seamless progression. Avanceon and Imperium Hospitality collaboration reaffirms its commitment to excellence, innovation, and driving positive change within the Building Technologies space. The meeting was attended by Sheraz J Monnoo, Chief Executive Officer at Imperium Hospitality. He was accompanied by his team. Masood Kareem, Vice President Engineering at Avanceon and Omer Javed, Senior Business Manager for Building Technologies hosted the guests from Imperium Hospitality.
The scope of work for this project will include supply, installation, and commissioning of state-of-the-art building management solution. The Imperium Tower comprises of 4 levels of basement, ground plus 18 floors. The tower will offer companies and businesses the best experience of work and life and the perfect chance to add value to the commercial precinct of Gulberg, Lahore, offering lettable corporate office spaces.
The Imperium Tower will offer modern and spacious design, state of the art safety and security protocols and environmentally friendly technological measures. The kick-off meeting signals the beginning of an exciting chapter, filled with opportunities to push boundaries, create value, and shape the future.
